Qualification
- Passed 10th from a recognized board with at least 40% of aggregate marks and at least 40% marks in English subject
- Minimum 50% in English.
Medical Requirement
- Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard
- norms, with eyesight up to (+ or -) 2.5 with no colour blindness.
- Minimum height should be 158 cms.
Course Description
- CCMC trains persons in stewarding and cooking.
- Work involves preparing & providing food, Beverages & housekeeping services to officers and crew of the ship.
- They are also trained as deckhands in case of requirement on board.
Certificate
- After the completion of the course, the Seaman will be issued with the CDC, INDoS No., STCW certificate & CCMC Course Completion Certificate.
